Online Paper Submission
All submissions are handled via the PaperCept platform at http://ifac.papercept.net. This requires that every author has an account with the platform. Accounts can be registered with the PIN Wizard.
Important Dates
Papers must be submitted electronically no later than March 29, 2019 April 17, 2019 (Deadline Extended), via the web upload only. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the Program Chairs and the IPC. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by June 28, 2019. Accepted papers in final form must be received by the Publication Chair no later than July 26, 2019.

Instructions
Regular and invited session papers
Papers need to be formatted according to the IFAC Author Guide. It is recommended to use the LaTeX or Word template files available from the Author Guide. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for a charge of 30 Euro per additional page. Illustrations and references are included in the page count.
Invited session proposals
An invited session can consist of 4 to 6 papers submitted for oral presentation. A short description of the session scope and outline should be submitted with the session proposal. All invited submissions will be reviewed individually and may be accepted or rejected independently of the overall session proposal.
Proposals for workshops
Proposals for workshops to be held on 15th October 2019 can be submitted by email to fosbe2019@upv.es. They should contain the workshop title, list of contributors, and a short description of the workshop content and format.
Abstracts
We’re looking for abstract submissions in the form of camera-ready extended abstracts. Abstracts can include figures, should give literature references as appropriate, and should be formatted according to the IFAC Author Guide. Please use the paper template provided there also for the abstract. For the submission please use the Brief Paper link. The abstract length should usually be one page but can be up to two pages. Abstracts should state briefly and clearly the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the work.
