(*) Students must provide concurrently with the proof of payment an official university letter confirming their status (or Student card) as full time students. Student Refgistration fee only available before 15th September 2019.
All FOSBE2019 conference authors must register and pay a full registration fee for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings. With each full registration, up to two papers may be uploaded according to the submission instructions. For a student registration, one paper may be uploaded. Additional papers are subject to a fee of 200 € each.
A full registration fee includes one electronic copy of the conference proceedings, morning and afternoon break refreshments, two lunches, welcome reception and conference gala dinner. A student registration fee includes the same items. Registration fees do not include a hard copy of the conference proceedings, transportation expenses, or hotel accommodations.
Follow the instructions under the link below and get your password to fill up your information and make the payment. Please, note that 1 conference gala dinner is already included in the fees, so you should only select “add an additional gala dinner ticket” if you need an extra ticket for an accompanying person.
Payments can be done by card or transfer. Note that after registration you will have a few days to send the proof of payment in case of wire transfer. After payment you will get the receipt of payment. If you need an invoice, you can get it at any time after payment.

Cancellation Policy
You can claim the refund of the registration fee with the following percentages:
- Before 31th August 2019: refund of the 80%
- Between 1st September 2018 and 9th October 2019: refund of the 50%
- From 10th October 2019: no refund
